Online OSHA Safety Training and Effects of Libya No-Fly Zone on Safer World

With Tomahawk missiles doing the talking, the United States has started the process of a nearly impenetrable No-Fly Zone over the embattled nation of Libya. The United Nations approved the Libya No-Fly Zone a week ago and what has happened, in terms of saving innocent Libyan lives, since then, is close to a miracle.

Online OSHA Safety Training Supports UN Ruling

The resounding 10-5 United Nations approval voting was only the beginning of what has turned out to be a very successful defense of freedom in Libya. Just how this plays into the OSHA safety-training realm is interesting and we will demonstrate how a single positive action has a domino effect on the entire safety world.

Colonel Qaddafi Receiving Just Rewards

What has to be realized here with this collaborative, multi-national offensive on the Libyan dictator’s forces, is that only through a strong showing of military superiority, will leaders like Colonel Qaddafi, get the message.

No Fly Means No Libyan Air Force

Online OSHA Safety Training got the message and loud and clear as to what has to be done for the saving of thousands of innocent lives. The air space over Libya is presently under the control of the US, French, and British air forces along with a few other national air strike teams. The people of Libya demanded a new way to live and this is why the overthrow of one of the most monsterative leaders the Middle East has ever seen, is currently being waged.

Global Safety Lesson Learned

As the rebels continue to push the Libyan governmental forces from the larger cities and towns, it is important to realize that OSHA safety training has begun already in Libya. The world needs to be safe from the evil deeds of a tyrannical ruler and this is exactly what the UN Resolution was created to do. The success of the rebel push that was on the verge of being wiped out shows how the positive affects of a military effort can bring about peace in the end.

Online OSHA Safety Training Set to Make Contribution to the Japan Earthquake

There is one safety-training educator and firm, which stands head and shoulders above all others, in the role of supporting their fellow man, regardless of where that need may be located. The tragedy, that is continually unfolding in the Far East, has touched all of our hearts and made Online OSHA Safety Training a bright beacon in a world of pain. By allocating monetary resources and preparing to board a plane to the battered country of Japan, the executive directors as well as a dedicated team of safety and health employees of the firm, have proved they are very serious about their role as rescuers.

Bob Malhotra Executive Vice President of OOST

In a company interview set over a light lunch in the coastal town of Amelia Island, Florida, we caught up with one of the co-founders of Online OSHA Safety Training and the conversation was quite compelling. Bob Malhotra, the Executive Vice President of OOST (Online OSHA Safety Training) told us that his company will and has matched their employee’s donation for the relief effort of Japan’s worst earthquake, ever, dollar for dollar, with no cap. That has meant a donation to an unspecified Japanese relief organization of 11,500.00, to date. Bob went on to tell us that he anticipates this relief drive to go on through the next few months and maybe longer and insisted that Online OSHA Safety Training will be there through it all for the good people of Japan.

Scott Johnson Co-Founder and Vice President of Online OSHA Safety Training

At the same luncheon, Scott Johnson, the co-founder and Vice President of Online OSHA Safety Training, chimed in with these words of support and appreciation, "We live in the greatest country in the world but when the world needs us, we will be there for them. OOST has strong roots in the American workplace and we believe in offering our assistance, any way possible and I myself am literally floored by the outpouring that my team members have demonstrated.”

Taylor Tremor Senior Writer for OOST

Scott goes on to say, “I have urged our employees to contribute and help the Red Cross get enough relief to our friends in the Far East, and they have responded with unprecedented voracity. We start with trust and this is the right thing to do!” Before the luncheon closed and everyone returned to their rooms, Taylor Tremor, Senior Writer for OOST, made it back from an interview with a local newspaper, just in time to offer his comments about the role of OSHA safety training amidst the Japanese disaster. “The island nation of Japan, long standing friend and ally of the United States, is being relieved by not only a fleet of top-notch US Naval air-craft carriers and battleships, but also an outpouring of the hearts of all that see a need, in the world and respond immediately, to that need. As safety training educators we must do what is necessary to alleviate suffering in the world, even if that means hopping the next plane to Tokyo!” Taylor Tremor immediately rushed off to catch that spoken of plane and by now is somewhere over the Pacific Ocean on his way to Tokyo, Japan.

Importance of “OSHA ACCEPTED” Wording for Online OSHA 30-Hour Construction Courses

In a perfect safety conscious world, a rose by any other name would smell just as sweet. Those famous lines, quipped by William Shakespeare, work well in a fantastic play and a few hundred or so movies, in which the Master’s words are used, and quite prodigiously at that, but in the OSHA safety training world, there is no room for misnaming errors.

Department of Labor

The Department of Labor, which is the ruling body for OSHA, has strict requirements for online providers, when it comes to offering all of the safety training courses, including the OSHA 30 Hour Construction Course. In addition to calling a rose a rose, the OSHA courses, which are online, have to follow the OSHA outline, for the specific course. Furthermore, the course must be submitted for OSHA approval and be perpetually updated, for new requirements.

Approved and Recommended

The glaring warning sign, that all workers and OSHA safety training needing professionals must pay close attention to, is the words “approved” or “recommended”. You should know that OSHA does not allow the words to be used with any of the online courses. The only words that are allowed in conjunction with any OSHA course are “OSHA Accepted.”

Big Government is Watching?

Although this may seem like overkill and once again, Big Government getting too involved in the education principles for their own good, it really makes sense here for safety issues. OSHA needs to know that they have been given the chance to review the course content.

Red Alert - Online OSHA Safety Training Speaks Out About USA Infrastructure Score of D

A lack of vision, on the part of politicians, is a leading cause of the lack of funding, for high speed and aging infrastructure. A red alert is a mere sprinkling, of the call out, for the entire nation, that we Americans deserve better than a score of “D” which is what we have received and rightfully so, from a certified third-party infrastructure, globally respected, watchdog group.

Mass Transit Bill

What must be passed, and passed immediately, regardless of the trillion-dollar national debt issue, is the much-needed extension of the Mass Transit Bill. Online OSHA Safety Training is vitally aware of the inherent dangers of allowing the nations infrastructure to remain in its decrepit, crumbling state.

Crumbling Columbus Infrastructure

As a superpower and still the number one ranked, across the board, nation, in the world, we as Americans can no longer sit back and hear the US House of Representatives argue back and forth, about spending money on our infrastructure. We deserve the lowly graded score of “D” and only have to walk under any bridge, in one of the largest metropolitan cities, such as Columbus, Ohio, and see the deterioration of 60 years of rust and non-maintenance.

House Resolution 662

It is time to pass House Resolution 662 and get America working again and save our nations weakened infrastructure. The Highway and Mass Transit Bill will provide federal dollars for states that want and need to put 12-15% of the unemployed workforce, back to work on high-speed rails and bridge and mass transit construction.

Infrastructure Rebuilding Needed Now!

Transportation is key for a nation as large as the United States, and as an OSHA safety training provider, and a leading one at that, we need to focus on the infrastructure issue, and do so in a way that has not been seen, since the years following the Great Depression. Americans need to be working and what better environment to do so then in the rebuilding and creation of our very own infrastructure?
